The Rhine River Cruise

After an 18 hour trek from Lubbock to Dallas to Chicago to Frankenflugen (Frankfort) Germany to Basel, Swtizerland. We just boarded our ship the Helvetia (HelvEsha).  There were about 50 swans on the Rhine waiting to greet us.  They are huge and love the cruise ships--obviously have been privy to some leftovers.  Wild on the Danube and Rhine, they are breathtaking to see in their natural habitat.   It is misty and cold--just like what I imagined for Switzerland in November.  No pictures yet but they will be coming :)
