Holding My Breath!!

I have applied for another teaching job. I am holding my breath--they are going to hire someone this week. The job is to teach 3rd grade at a very unique private school. Once again I am very hopeful--but keeping in mind God has a plan!!

Hayes Family Reunion

This was the 9th Annual Hayes Family Reunion.

We met in Kemah for a luncheon at the Kemah Elks club.

After a nice visit we met at the Kemah Boardwalk and had dinner at the Aquarium.It was a fun place to eat, we felt like we were having dinner underwater with the fish.

On Sunday we went to the Astros Game. They lost :( but we had a great time anyway!!

Everyone is looking forward to getting together again next year.

Maisie meets Elmo

I got Maisie a video of Sesame Street

while we were helping with the move. Maisie loves Elmo.

So before we left, I got her little talking Elmo. While Erin and I were walking out of Target ( without Maisie) we got odd looks because Elmo would not stop talking--!

When we got him home though Maisie was a fan! She loved for him to talk!
